SaaS Dashboard

The SymetryML SaaS dashboard allows users to create new instances and manage existing instances in a user friendly Graphical User Interface (GUI) environment.

Click on the tab labelled New Instance and the following window will appear:

This window allows the user to select the platform on which to create the instance: Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

The user can also select the size of the instance and whether to enable GPU capabilities.

Once the user has selected the platform and instance size, enter credentials and click Create and the instance will be created. While the instance is being created the Instance State column will display Creating and the Status column will have a spinning wheel icon, and # of Users column will appear as 0 at this stage as no users have been assigned to the instance at this point.

Once the instance has been created and is running the Instance State will display running, the Status column will have a check mark, and # of Users column will display + Assign Users. Next_,_ click on +Assign Users and the following screen will appear.

Click Add and the selected user will be assigned to the instance created, and the # of Users column will update from 0 to 1 as demonstrated in the following screen.

When the "All Users" tab is enabled, this simply allows Admin and Root users to view instances that are not assigned to them.

Once the instance is running, the user can click on the instance and the following tabs will appear under the Instance Details banner:

Summary - This reveals the instance type, instance id, and the platform hosting the instance.

Users - This tab details which users are assigned to the instance selected.

Jobs - This tab shows the details of all running jobs of the instance selected, by user.

Click on the Action tab and the following options will appear.

The user is able to Start, Stop, Restart, and Terminate an instance, as well as Assign Users to an instance. The Show Orphans option allows an Admin or Root user to see which instances are currently available and not assigned to a particular user.

The user can click on a running instance and click Connect to connect directly to the running instance, and the following screens will appear:

Next the SymetryML GUI will appear and the user can proceed to log into SymetryML GUI of the selected running instance.

The user is now able to proceed to and use the ML Toolkit.
